swimsuit season


swimsuit season is just around the corner, so i've been trying to 

substitute a couple meals a week for a smoothie instead. here's a

 yummy recipe that i highly recommend.

1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup water
1 medium banana
6 frozen strawberries
2 cups kale
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup ice
1 scoop soy protein powder (optional) 
blend everything together until it delicious, pour into a glass and enjoy! serves 2 (or 1 if you're hungry!)
