i've been eating a lot of avocado lately, which my sisters swears is the best for you. which is guess is actually true. it's supposed to help in preventing aging, cancer, and heart disease. i put avocado on just about everything i eat, and i saw this recipe and it looked delish, and super simple to make. instead of a poached egg, i think i will make them over easy, and i think i'll put a little garlic butter on the toasted bread.
ingredients needed:
fresh loaf of bread
1 eggavocado
cilantro
garlic butter (optional)
sea salt and pepper
